Kyle grew up in Temecula, graduating from TVHS. He attended Boston University earning a B.S. in Electrical Engineering before working as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office reviewing telecommunications applications. Kyle  attended law school in Orange County, California where he received a Intellectual Property fellowship and coursework honors. Kyle worked at law firms in Los Angeles and Orange County for the four years before before joining Anderson Law and returning to Temecula in March 2018
